How Far Out Is The World That's Coming?

Two releases today! Let's dive right in, shall we?
SO WHAT'S OUT TODAY?
Absolute Green Lantern #6, that's what!

This issue, we finally find out who the Abin Sur was, what he was up to, how exactly the Green Level Of Light works, what the other levels are – we even find out who Jo's wife is and get a glimpse of what she does for a living. But for every question answered, a new one is asked as the mystery of the Green Lantern draws more and more into its orbit. Who is Johnny Double? Who's Simon Baz? What's a Tomar? What's the Face Of Steel? And how far out is The World That's Coming? You'll have to keep reading to find out. Meanwhile, I can't say enough good things about the art of Jahnoy Lindsay on this title - I threw a lot at him this month and he knocked it all out of the park perfectly, and it's such a treat watching his style grow and evolve in subtle ways as he takes this story and makes it his own. I'm really looking forward to what he does with a few beats when he's back in issue #9 - so watch out for that!
Also out this week...

...it's All-New Venom #10! The last issue under the current branding before we revert back to Venom's legacy numbering for next issue's #250. And in this issue, Mary Jane finally lays down a few home truths to the Venom symbiote in their shared mindscape. Will the World's Strangest Roommates weather the ultimate house meeting, or is this the beginning of the end? Meanwhile, what's going on with Toxin? And what's that Skrull spy doing out on the far edge of space? You won't find the answers in the snippets clipped out so the content-farmers can farm you for their precious rageclicks - you'll only get the true big picture via the full 20 packed pages, each one a sizzling feast of the awesome art of Carlos Gómez and the vibrant coloring of Frank D'Armata! Accept no less!
AND THAT'S IT FOR THIS WEEK!
I've got some big tasks to get done today, so that's it from me for now - love, strength and justice to all who need it, and I'll play us out with "Black On Black II" by Heart.
